Holiday’s Over, New Year – New Look!
Yes, holiday’s over… weeks ago, so it’s time to change the theme! Thankfully, this time I didn’t need to Google for a new template because this free Christmas WordPress template has two different style, Christmas and regular style. All I need to do is choose the second style at my dashboard and voila it’s done!

There’s still some Christmas feel in this second style though, notice the RSS and mailbox icons? Will find time to change that later. The template also came with its PSD source file so I might play around with it too later if I had time. Oh I so love this template!
Anyway, how’s your holiday? I know it’s kinda late to ask that but I do hope you all had a great holiday like us did. Though not all of our plans worked out, we still could enjoy it. I will make a post about it later when I have time, right now I’m still struggling with my office schedule. You what happens after coming back from holiday, right? Work, work and more work everyday! 
A New Look for Christmas Season!
Oh I can’t believe it’s December already! Well that means… it’s time to change the theme! 
I know there are other important things I should pay attention to, more posts or more traffic for example, not just being busy with the looks of the blog. But I just can’t help it. When December comes the first thing comes to my mind is “Oh gotta change the themes!!!”
I was so lucky I didn’t have to spend much time searching for a new theme. I saw this free Christmas theme last night, and fell in love with it instantly! Though it’s kinda “old” since it was made two years ago, so some of the latest WP features were not included. But I love the colors very much! It’s my favorite Christmas color, maroon! Looks beautiful and makes me feel so festive
I may need to do some tweaking later though, to make it works the way I want it. Or maybe just leave it like this, after all it’s only for a month!

Adwords Anyone?
Got a letter from Google two days ago, include in the envelope is a voucher worth $45 (approx with current rate) from Google Adwords. The $45 value is valid until October 31st, after that it will be discounted to $28 only! Some of you probably already received it because I’ve seen many bloggers posted about it, and, to be honest, when I read those posts I was secretly hoping I’d get the voucher too. 
Anyway, now that I’ve received it! Will I use it? Well… tempted! I always wanted to know how Adwords works, this could be a great opportunity to learn about it, and it’s free!!! I never turn down any free offer.
But err… why only $45? How long you think it would last? A day? A month? An hour? Besides what should I advertise? I don’t have anything to sell as of now. So I think I’ll pass on this one…

Google PR Update, Finally!
Yes Google finally updated its toolbar PageRank! Just when I thought they already forgot about it, LOL!
Have you noticed the changes in your blog’s landing page? I was not lucky with current update. This blog’s PR is down from PR2 to PR1 and my kids blog too down from PR3 to PR2. Not that I’m surprised with the results. Lack of update, no link buildings for months, link ads, paid reviews, etc. could be the reasons. Anyway, never mind! There always be another update. Hope I’ll be lucky next time and hopefully I don’t need to wait too long like this one.
So how’s your PR going? Good? Great? Terrible?
