Ok, so I managed to fix some errors, the feed errors to be exact. Apparently the hosting company put a script in the feed to monitor every domain hosted to make sure it’s not just a park domain. I just needed to deactivate the script and now my feed is already validated by FeedValidator.
Since my feeds were fixed, now I could redirect them toFeedBurner. Maybe later I will put a FeedBurner button on my sidebar so readers can follow my posts on their reader. Adgitize was able to crawl my feed, so starting yesterday I got 100 article points every time I publish a new post in this blog.
Some errors left:
- BlogCatalog still couldn’t get my updates. They found my feed URL using Auto Discovery but still no updates appearing on my BC dashboard.
- I still couldn’t claim my blog on Technorati, they’re having a glitch right now, so I have to check again later.
Well, now that the errors fixed, I think I can stay a little longer with this free hosting…
